They really haven't, they've published videos of unidentified aerial phenomenon, which is most likely either birds, or American domestic or foreign military classified technology, and the only other "proof" has been testimony from individuals in the ranks who are likely off their rocker.

I do get to talk to them and my MLA regularly as I'm on the board of a local business association which they or their representative attends.
