That is true, but also with interest rates so high and home prices defying logic does it really even matter?

I think most developers can see the writing in the wall there, but switching mid-way through a project will be costly and time consuming. If the changes were fully rolled back, I would still bet many would finish what they working on and then switch for their next game.

Ones that are on-demand afterwards. I don't have the time to watch an entire stream in one go, and I hate missing out while I go to the bathroom or do chores.

I believe the short answer is that they do not feel it will improve their situation. If they are actually guilty of something, they now need to suffer the consequences. If they are innocent, they are at the mercy of someone else in a field that is not devoid of corruption and abuse of power. For some, that is just not a situation they feel comfortable with so they attempt to avoid it.

I've had some that actually will not let you use it until you have accepted the user agreement, sold your soul, created an account, verified the account, then signed in. That is also why I won't buy any TV that uses Roku.
