If it's large enough to impose disadvantage on a Dex save it's large enough to cast a noticable enough shadow to grant advantage, therefore a flat roll.

That rule comes from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything which is compatible with the 2024 update so it's still a valid RAW interpretation according to WOTC.

Because most dudes calling for it don't actually care about celebrating men, they just don't want women to have things.

Maybe we should have a mens day as well.

JJ is someone who is good at selling his ideas, he's just not very good at executing them. This started before he was handed the reigns of Star Wars (or Trek for that matter). Just look at the trajectory of Lost: everyone guessed the ultimate twist in season one so he had to spend 6 seasons pretending that that wasn't the twist he had planned.

I think Nintendo already owns the rights to most (if not all) of the music for their games so I'm pretty sure your conspiracy theory is correct.

If they don't own the rights to that music they've certainly been militant in taking down any other platform that makes it available.

There is a GitHub project working on a recompilation of both of these for PC. They've got Majora's Mask working and are working on OoT. Looks beautiful, runs buttery smooth, and has custom controls with a free camera.
