I’m in the same situation as you- I have a Synology NAS and I want to set up some sort of streaming for my old home movies. I would like to be able to view on mobile and at home. Is Emby possibly a better option than JellyFin for that scenario? I wasn’t even aware of them.

This wouldn’t happen to be Frankfort, would it? There’s a Cove Spring park there that looks very similar. I used to take my dogs there for a quick swim.

I haven’t heard of having to renew mortgage interest rates. A fixed interest rate should be good for the life of the loan.

I’m at 2.875% on a 25-year loan. I never plan on moving.
