How can such clear trends be independent.

They claim its supplier's. Likely the supplier is selling to both parties. Still doesn't seem independent.

My spouses family is dysfunctional with many many kids and more on the way.

From what I read somone would abstain and shed be on leave, making the votes even out. Then they pulled out and said they'd vote so she came in to have her vote count!

You can use Syncthing (the fork on FDroid is better) and Obsidian (for the notes). You can also use obsidian services (might be paid) for the sync but its easy enough to do yourself.

Premiumize. I dont fully understand. But they have server farms thst will download your torrent, and then you download the file from them. Its faster and your IP doesn't see it as a torrent. You also dont have to leave ypir PC on if there's only one seeder. If somone else has downloaded thst torrent before its already in the farm and you visit download it from them.

However the main thing is they integrate into Kodi and my new fave Stremio. So you can just stream anything anytime without all the torrent stuff I just mentioned.

Endeavour IS is arch with KDE and a few basic apps. Pretty sure you dont need WiFi to test it. For any issues you can just use the arch wiki. I really enjoyed it as first distro as the wiki is so helpful. I moved to Mint tho (not DE) and have loved not having to use the terminal for anything.

Pretty sure DDG just uses bing results. Try in bing OP see what you get.

SmartTube self updates BTW. So once its loaded you dont need to do it again. Same with S0und for Twitch.

Perplexity isnt new. The hook is it links to the web articles its sourced the answer from. So you can (somewhat) vet the information isnt a hallucination or dog into the website for more info.

I installed an emoji quick search app (not sure what one). It freezes Wayland/mint.

I tried Wayland once and didnt realise I was still logging in with it.

Tracker Control is blocking me from joining. Weird that Molly (its a hardened signal fork) is showing amazon is being contacted when trying to join the group.

I can unblock it but its weird. I also noticed the other domains its been trying to (unsuccessfully) contact.
