So, I always thought it was just a mean bully thing to say, but, as a group, Americans really are dumber than a bag of rocks.

That's all well and good, but there's just something fundamentally wrong with this country. I love Jon Stewart, but I'm not sure the US can actually be fixed. If you're not a white evangelical man right now, you're in for four years of hurt and many of Americans did it to themselves. And the unfortunate truth is that four years of hurt won't fix anything. Many will do it again next time.

I'm fortunate enough to also have EU citizenship. Will be booking tickets for me and the fam shortly. America is not the place for us.

Well, now that it looks like Trump is actually going to pull it off, we're all in for a world of fun over the next four years. We might actually discover just how monstrous things will get.

It's honestly unreal that Trump is even in the race, let alone in a position to pull off a possible win. After everything that has happened. I try to keep a positive spirit in general, but it's not easy to be optimistic on behalf of the US right now.

This is from New Mexico? New Mexico is solid blue. If this shows a general trend, great. But NM won't really affect the outcome much.

I don't think Trump has any chance at winning the popular vote. The EC will be close, but I think Harris has a great chance at winning PA, MI, and WI, which would bring her to 270 without any other swing state. Very likely scenario in my mind.

Definitely. Especially when you also know that the betting markets had Hillary Clinton at 82 percent odds of winning the day before the election and 90 percent odds of UK voters rejecting Brexit. That's obviously not what happened.

He's talking to evangelicals who react when you use the word "demonic" about anything. They hold great political sway, and they have proven that they will go against their own moral interests to nurture their political interests.
