AFAIK, they limit download, so you need to pay them MUCH more to be able to properly download your files whenever you gonna need them
I use tailscale + tunneling, so rProxy shouldn't be an issue. I already use Syncthing but looking something I can use to share links to file and access from public in general. Seafile or FileRun seems to be good in my case.
You need less time to learn/read-doc podman than posting the question + waiting for answers. Its a basic tool, when you need it -> read doc
rclone crypt + any cloud storage = 🥳decrypt the synced content at local server/vps and serve via FileRun or similar
