Everyone is reporting he won't see jail time, which in my view is giving the court a pass on giving him a light sentence.
In my opinion, Trump gained so much, and could gain so much from a repeat offense, that jail is the only compelling punishment for him. He is unrepentant, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I mean, the defense had jury consultants help them find the best juror, they drove out a perfectly qualified juror with the help of their media allies and managed to score a male investment banker who reports using truth social and Twitter as their exclusive news source.
11 other jurors are an afterthought, they've always been targeting that one. The arguments seem ridiculous because they're aimed at a Trump supporter. They know their audience.
