It's the American way. We're honestly lucky that it wasn't feasible for the big telecoms to build their own versions of the Internet, or there'd be several of those too.
I'm pretty sure something similar happened to me three weeks ago, because I saw it was delivered and went down to the floor of my building to grab my items literally five minutes after and they were nowhere to be seen.
Then, inexplicably, they showed up (open but re-taped) two weeks later.
I'm sure these big companies are well aware these scams are happening.
But you're missing the bigger point here: the antiwar movement in the US flourished because people who didn't want to fight were forced to fight, and the American government saw that the military draft was self-defeating and, while it still exists statutorily, it is effectively nonexistent because they don't want another anti-war movement interrupting the gravy train.
While Israel's Defence Minister Israel Katz told reporters: "Khamenei openly declares that he wants Israel destroyed - he personally gives the order to fire on hospitals."
It's wildly ironic that Israel going rogue seems to actually be motivating people across the political spectrum to use anti-war rhetoric. (Though I think more than a few are just virtue-signaling and will 100% fall into line when Trump demands it.)
Where was this anti-war sentiment a week ago, you know, when Donald wanted to attack US?
Somebody get this man a whole-ass NY-style pepperoni pizza immediately.
