I think auto mod is good but not currently needed. We have the full freedom to develop and moderate our communities however we please and I'm sure we will come up with many better solutions than auto mod.
This can't work on a federated platform. They can always open a tab where they aren't signed in and see your profile. Or use software that doesnt support that feature.
It works on Facebook because facebook controls every step and can block people from viewing a page.
Why does it matter if a blocked user views your posts? They can't interact with you from your point of view. Your post describes you going around your own block to view their posts.
Fuck you! This is pushing me way to close to the edge of the "buying xreal 2 pro" cliff. To me this is the future, a wearable computer that retains the full freedom of a desktop. This is what mobiles should be. We just need a good input device to go with it.
I have absolutely no use case that I will actually use. But I want to buy then and find usecases, set them up just to marvel at how cool it is.

I get like 6 paper bags with my shopping and they make great hides for my guinea pigs. I cut a few holes in each bag and they tunnel around through the network of bags. They love it.

I didnt say a couple of comments. I said to some people there is no point in commenting if you agree with the majority opinion. Thus all your comments end up being disagreeing.
The study identified this behaviour as a subset of users and labeled that as trolls which could be moderated before "causing harm" thats insane to me.
Its about how you frame the information. Your framing sounds negative when there is actually quite a lot of positive traits there. Just leave out the dislike of dogs or you'll get cooked.
Repeating bad faith talking points isnt trolling. To me its a perspective issue. What I think is bad faith talking points might be reality to another person.
Disagreeing isnt trolling. On reddit you see so much stuff that is so plain and agreeable its not worth adding agreeable comment #2000. So it only becomes worth commenting if you see a post where you actually have a disagreement with the majority.
