Why can't I downvote posts?

Their feedback is their comment being removed and/or them being banned for a period of time. In most cases said person is acting in a way that is either flat out harmful or disrespectful, downvoting is like booing, you wouldn't boo a person for vandalizing, assaulting, or raping someone, you call the police. Similar story here.
The minor piece is opinions, which honestly, suck it up. This platform doesn't need to and frankly in my opinion shouldn't cater to people who can't handle other's opinions. Lemmy has a problem with apparent issue legitimacy at this time where issues reported aren't seen as valid and that you should just "downvote or block" people, so by weeding out snowflakes and excluding them it makes communities healthier, removing downvotes is one part of that.
Also, when you make a troll post, how are you gonna know it hit home 😉
People will make funny comments (that's what happens in 196), though if you went to far it might get removed, you might get a message from the admins about unacceptable behavior, or you might just find yourself banned for a period of time.
If there was an Agender one with Dopamine it would be more relatable.
Pretty sure most coins aren't magnetic so the reaction would be much more underwhelming than shown here, the coins on their own though would very likely obstruct your intestines.
Transitioning Advice
Not really the best community to ask, it's mostly memes and shitposting here, though if you're still looking some good communities you might want to try are:
- !mtf@lemmy.blahaj.zone (for transfem)
- !ftm@lemmy.blahaj.zone (for transmasc)
- !nonbinary@lemmy.blahaj.zone (for nonbinary)
- !asktransgender@lemmy.blahaj.zone for general questions
- !transgender@lemmy.ml for general trans topics
Also probably taste bitter and nasty, I once tried to eat a potato berry when I was younger and before I knew they weren't edible and it tasted awful. Don't judge me I was 5 and didn't know any better, but I definitely know better now.
You can probably find them on Amazon but I'd recommend getting ones with the paw pattern as just a pattern on them instead of being raised up like on these since those will be more comfortable.
I've never worn these but I can definitely see why they'd be uncomfortable. I do have a pair of thigh highs that have a paw pattern on them but it's just colored/printed it's not actually a raised/stuffed part like it is on the one in the picture. Also the ones I have are thicker, I don't like the really thin ones that much.
It is in general considered pretty disrespectful to fetishize transness, because it almost portrays trans people as if they are sex objects, as opposed to real people who should be treated with dignity and respect.
I've heard that a lot of them tend to me very harmful to children, and not just the old fashioned conservative authoritarian families or mistreatment of trans kids, like a lot of them exploit children into being intimate with them 🤮. The irony is they try to say that queer and trans people are groomers but the real groomers are them. They are hardcore projecting.
It's possible to do it using API requests, just a bit more difficult, Browser Dev Tools can do it though (at least I've heard).
Blahaj.zone isn't run by the Devs of Lemmy, they could easily block both Lemmygrad and lemmy.ml if they wanted. They just choose not to for some reason.
I knew a hardcore Maga conservative once, this is very accurate to how they behaved, they really hate everyone, they just pretend to care about certain people so they can put down others.
They look crispy and delicious, probably the best way to make them in my opinion.
I always say to anyone still on Reddit, scope out the mod team before posting there and block any mods which are bots or that you think are chuds. They can still ban you but if they message you in Modmail while being blocked they have a risk of being suspended for harassment.
Also if you want to give it a second chance Tor works wonders against Reddit's ban evasion systems, don't use the same Email with them as you did before though, it'll make it easy for them to pick up on it automatically.
Also the real malicious actors already have those bots blocked so lot of good they do when Reddit locks access to profiles of blocked users, actually a pretty good feature though since it allows for people to combat this kind of abuse if they are proactive enough.
What if they're dressing that way because they find it comfortable or just like the casual look?
I do agree that it is incredibly problematic, it's already hard enough for Femboys and GNC individuals and this move could be seen as giving validation to the toxic idea that femboys are just trans girls in denial, which I still see pushed today either subtly or indirectly.
It also is very harmful to both parties because the idea that Femboys and Tomboys must just be trans actually reinforces those toxic gender stereotypes that inevitably come back to bite trans people, Transmasc femboys face quite a bit of transphobia because of this (yes telling a Transmasc that they should try being a girl is transphobic, even if you thought they were an AMAB), sometimes from their trans friends in their own trans communities.
I'm not saying the Bridget issue single-handedly caused the new age of toxic egg culture, not even that it contributed to a large portion of it. But it does mark a major loss for the GNC crowd as they essentially lose one of their biggest icons, and in the end just give a bit more credence to the idea that femboys are just trans girls.
I also don't expect this to be looked on positively either because of the sentiment around Bridget and also the sentiment around egg culture as a whole.
This seems like crayon eater behavior TBH.
What does and how so?
Same with any content that lives on our instance, if a federated user on an instance that supports them downvotes our content their downvotes just don't get federated, at all. The downvoted contend only recieves a downvote on their instance and all other instances won't recieve it, though only applies to content where the original is on an instance without downvotes.
