Sounds like at least one bystander was killed based on another comment.

It seem like he was hit. Blood was on his right ear in one shot. Unclear if that's because he was hit there or if he touched it after touching something else bloody.

He was escorted away on foot with secret service.

In a civil trial after being found guilty of a crime you couldn't reasonably argue that you shouldn't be found civilly liable because of that.

Other actors seem to do it just fine enough.

Would you not expect someone driving a semi truck on a movie set to know how to drive safely even if the production is paying some dude to be an "Automobile Safety Coordinator"?

There's a slight but significant difference between being addicted to Starbucks and crack.

I'm worried authors are 1920s horses. Sure those cars seem unreliable and impractical now. But we can't see around the corner. The least they deserve is compensation for their works being used without proper license.

Civics was a single class in highschool.

We need a STEM type push for more civics in highschool and middle school.

How much rounds you shoot really depends on what kind of shooting you do and what cartridge your intended on using.

Originalism is tethered to textualism which is antithetical to your analogy reading words out of text.

I don't think your example portrays originalism. They could have said "Until they reach the age of average life expectancy" then but instead went with life time appointments when in good behavior. A lifetime being serving until that judge dies, unless they've given up their seat.

To change lifetime appointments we'd need a constitutional amendment.

Last I checked the LDS have actual industrial arms manufacturering capacity.

Pretty fair. The Biden base mostly don't love Biden they just want to back the perceived best bet to beat Trump. When Biden stops being that they want him out.

If the Republican party picked someone other than Trump a significant fraction of voters would still side with him splitting the vote ensuring the Democrats win.
