I reuse assignments between similar classes, because maybe those classes share a learning objective and that assignment is just gangbusters.

In cases where students take both (which, we actively discourage because of the similarity of courses), I have my team require the students, for example, use a different person as their subjects for the two assignments.

C'mon. By now, you should know it'll be forced, and we'll lose more functionality at the same time.

The Simpsons straddles that line. They only have that house because his father won a fixed gamble. They drive outdated and dented up cars, they can't afford steak whenever Homer wants it. An entire episode was dedicated to them trying to fix the foundation on the house.

I love the combat/exploration barks, too. Sneaking into a ripper camp, and Sam starts ranting under his breath through clenched teeth about how despicable these people are. It adds some nice seasoning to the whole experience.
