Elaborating further, small businesses here usually contract a delivery business instead of hiring delivery personnel, I think they just arrange the cost of the delivery instead of a fixed cost, so it's basically no impact to the cost of the business.

Not a perfect system, but at least small places can do cheap delivery without jacking up the prices.

To be clear, I live in a corner of Argentina, even if that sounds good, we have other problems lmao.

I'm curious, do businesses not do their own deliveries anymore? I personally never stopped just ordering directly from the place I'm eating from. Couldn't tell you how common uber eats and others are in my area, I just know I don't use them.

Meh, motivation is kind of a bad drive anyways, it always runs out, ideally you want to push through until it becomes a habit.... Easier said than done tho, specially with depression which is like an invisible force that doesn't let you do stuff (not to be confused with laziness).

I've found that begrudgingly doing stuff helps, at least in my case.

I think the e thing sounds fucking stupid, however if that makes people happy, so be it, language is supposed to evolve over time, the e is only annoying if you actively oppose to it (or are in a position where you're not allowed to make mistakes)

Sadly the "trick" is just to do the things we all know we should do, like exercise, good eating habits, consistent sleeping schedules, etc. Also a lot varies from person to person, and some people sleep better at weird hours, like some people are just naturally night owls.

So when discussing something like the title of this post, we could talk all day about what we personally believe the answer is, but the legality really is the only objective answer here.
