    In all likelihood, red states will end up suffering as well, possibly even more, because the programs they rely on are getting gutted, corrupted, and sabotaged. You will not be protected from the results of this, none of us regular people will be.

    The only beneficiaries are the ultra-wealthy, but what's even more fucked up is they would've benefited more in the long run by not fucking things up.
