  • Because those groups were right wing and funded by political agitators, multiplied by manipulated media. The people on the ground did believe in the issues, but it was a concerted effort of political theater as a show of force.

Everyone else is now debilitated by wage theft that they can only care about the economy. When the market crashes harder and full recession hits, that’s when people will take to the streets because they’ll have lost jobs and freedoms. That’s when the martial law will start.

    🥱

  • It used to matter. 10 years ago, this would have been a non-starter for a political career. Now it’s, “Well, maybe he doesn’t know better. 🥺”

Take the article with the image and post it at your work. If you wouldn’t, do you think someone who did should get fired? I do.

It’s not a “misunderstanding.” He should take responsibility if he didn’t know better, but he won’t.

The dignity of that office has fallen so far. While the “lines went up” elsewhere in society, they went far down here.

  • I grew up watching TDS at like 9 or 10. My family was pretty openly liberal, they found the jokes funny, and he integrated into my life on a daily basis for years, especially during the Bush years when I was a young teen.

His work with veterans and 9/11 responders solidified Jon as not just a talker but a real community builder.

Jon’s done countless hot interviews and regularly came out ahead. Jon would have no issue challenging power: he never has. That’s his charisma and charm.

Totally agree with the poster above.
