The russian invasion of Ukraine is nothing different to the American invasion of Iraq, the US backed Iraqi invasion of Iran, the Vietnam invasion and countless others.
Ok, so just because America invaded Iraq means it cant send weapons to Ukraine to protect itself against Russia? Or that Russia is justified in some way in invading Ukraine because America meddled in other countries?
we might actually get to be taken seriously again and we might be able to maintain and reestablish diplomatic ties and influence we are losing because of our arrogance and hipocricsy.
I'd argue that the USA was establishing better foreign relations when Democrats were in charge than when Republicans are. Trying to take over territories from countries such as Panama or Denmark is, in fact, very arrogant and self centered. We don't need or want even more belligerent countries in the world if we want to achieve some semblence of peace in the world.
I've been recently playing Kingsway which is a pretty unique roguelite RPG where the entire game takes place in a fake operating system inspired by the Windows 95 interface. Only on Steam though iirc.
Pretty fun, though I wish there were mods to increase the amount of content in the game.
While it's bad that the Empire basically outlawed a major deity due to losing so bad to the Thalmor, I still find them the correct choice to pick during the civil war questline due to them trying to work against the Thalmor and build up their strength for a counterattack, so to speak.
What the Thalmor wants in game is for the civil war to drag on and be a drain on the Empire's resources, however a Stormcloak victory is also acceptable to them due to Ulfric being a useful idiot and that the Empire's power would wane and be easier to conquer later (y'know, divide and conquer).
And Legate Rikka, one of the higher ranking members of the Legion, worships Talos and prays over Ulfric's body when you kill him. So it's more of a case of banning Talos worship but not fully enforcing the law.

Regardless it's a luxury item that is not very necessary for the vast majority of people.
Because they want you to complain about the developers and not their corporate overlords.
