"Saying grace" means saying a prayer before a meal thanking God for the food in a lot of Christian churches. The joke is that they didn't say the prayer, so the food belongs to Satan now.

I'm not a fan of sales taxes, because they tend to be more of a burden on the poor than the rich. I much prefer a marginal income tax to that.

The funny part is they actually invented PC LOAD LETTER. It was a common error message on LaserJet printers around when the movie was made.

(Also, it just means you need to load some letter size paper into the printer).
