Yep. Same thing here. I got an update and the dark mode has changed in looks as well. I feel the green colour needs to be toned down a bit tbh.

That's what they all say. But a lot of these so called AI features require power more than what a phone has. Offloading to a server is sometimes a must.

This would only make resumes fill up with AI gibberish.

While it's true that hot air rises, causing lower temperatures at higher altitudes, the reason it's colder on top of mountains is due to the decrease in air pressure with altitude. That's not the case. Usually governments and public organisations go throw a volume licensing agreements that sees them taking more than just windows. It would usually include things like windows, office, a bunch of enterprise applications, as well as support on top of it all.

Microsoft usually relies on those agreements to push software that might not be needed.

Another reason could be the video display management system they used to remotely control these screens. The software might only run on windows.

Why not promote matrix as a substitute?

I see two options here really. Either get a pixel phone and install Graphene on it (this allows you to run play services in a sandbox), or get any phone that supports lineage and install everything there and avoid Google.

It depends on whether you need Google services or not. Pixel phones support both operating systems.

Graphene os is an option to use. But keep in mind that it only works on pixel phones.

My guess that they might only integrate WhatsApp and maybe instagram chat with their messenger. Makes sense that they will focus first on their apps.

That app is really old and not updated anymore. So would suggest finding another keyboard.

But if you really need to run it, then it feels that your tablet OS was updated. Google usually works on updating the target SDK regularly.

One way to try is to use an app called Install With Options. It should allow you to install older apps. Once installed, you will need to toggle the Bypass Target SDK option.

However, Install With Options requires Shizuku to be installed and running as well. So you may need to look around for tutorials on how to do that.
