This user called the mastermind. I might start following him/her more.

He gets posts banned, he becomes the mod of the lemmy apps community, makes drastic changes and pisses off everyone, then gets removed as mod, he posts sinks on the sync lemmy community and gets removed.

This guy/girl is drama himself.

Firefox for Android might not be that great in terms of performance, but is a viable option out of the Chrome eco system. Firefox Sync works. The only thing its lacking at the moment is universal support for all existing Firefox plugins.

I'm a fan of RPG games so I tend to emulate these games on my phone

• Pokémon games from all Gameboys
• Zelda games from Gameboy and SNES
• Pretty much all final fantasy games
• Suikoden 1 to 5
• Mario RPG games
• Shadow hearts games from the ps2
• Dragon quest games
• Personal games up until persona 4
• Other games suck as Chroni Cross and Trigger, Hrxyz Force, Mother, Lufias, Tales games

All these games can be played with the touchscreen really.

I noticed one thing, scrolling has been improved drastically and it has become very smooth.

What was updated that made it buttery smooth?

Voyager and Thunder are two great open source clients.

Exactly, artificially limit the phone touch you to bigger phones.

Mind you, once you have many phones sharing the same hardware(for example the same 6.7inch screen), it becomes a question of adding or removing features (fast charging, AI, etc).

It makes commercial for companies to standardise on as many parts as possible.

Small phones are great but unfortunately we have become a niche. For companies to make products for a niche, they will have to charge them a high price or push them to different products.

The only small android phone I would consider is the Asus zen phone. And even that is +£700.

I actually though they would federate with something like mastodon.

Kinda useless really.
