I guess you're right. It is first step in the US direction. Obviously they will not be able to maintain same conditions in prisons with 500% increase so if they maintain this course over the next decade it will probably end up looking like US.

It's really tragic and should serve as a lesson to everyone. This crisis is the result of many failed policies and problems ignored over couple of decades. The socialist parties are as much to blame for this as the right wingers and at this point I don't think anyone has any idea how to solve it.

The are talking about 600 prisoners in another EU country. This is still very very far away from US style mass incarceration. I mean in US we're talking about Alligator Auschwitz now with people kept in tents without basic hygiene and with maggot infested food.

If this means less Russians in actual Benidorm I'm all for it.

Quick, what was your last project you didn't finish?

For me it was app to prepare for nautical exams. I wrote a scraper that downloaded all official tests and answer sheets, trained image recognition model to find the marked answers and started working on parsing the question PDFs but then I had to find a new job and never got back to it.

They will strategically signal they don't like what Trump is doing about the files. If people turn on Trump because of it they will quickly distance themselves and pretend they never liked him. If Trump survives they will fall back in line.

So if there’s a silver lining to Trump’s pogroms targeting immigrants, it’s that they are so widespread that they are having the direct impact that will be necessary if these people would ever be able to see past the brainwashing.

They will cry , they will complain but in the end they will just vote Republican again.

I don't get it. Where's the paradox here? He gets to see the future but turns off the machine before getting any information from it so nothing changes. What I'm missing?

There are millions of people in the world that are great singers. It's just a skill. To be famous you also need good material, contacts and lots of luck.

A friend of mine used to be in a band that had it's 15 minutes in the '90s. They broke up for some reason and years later she managed to form a new group and record an album. The contract with the label said that she had to organize the tour herself so she tried to get into some festivals but no one was really interested in this type of music. All the band members had other projects and one by one started leaving and she struggled to replace them. She was really good technically but that's simply not enough.

It's because bigger beers get warm before you can drink them. We prefer to order 6 tiny cold beers one by one than single large beer that will be warm by the time you drink half of it.

But the beers in Spain are tiny.
