  • Yeah same, was very cool to play around with. But less and less, as you say it wears off. I learned comfyUI and a lot of concepts in the process, and limitations of the technology. Mostly used my own gfx card. So I can't say it was entirely wasted time!

  • Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, protonmail / drive / vpn, Usenet, bitwarden

    That's about all I have.

Although I pirate 90% of what tv and movies we watch, I feel like I pay my fair share for internet stuff.

I might sub to a few local streaming sites from time to time. To catch up on tv.

  • Usually you don't need to shut it all down. But some customers might only pay for a VPS, they don't pay for redundant nodes in other DCs and so on. So if you have to upgrade a rack switch pair you just kinda have to deal with a few minutes of downtime

  • Idk, with ai I made a static html site in about an hour today that looks somewhat decent. Just to play around a bit with Cursor / claude.ai. Hosted on cloudflare pages (free). pipeline from GitHub.

I'm not a developer either, but was fun. I can add more to it later.

Figured I don't really want or need comments anyway So no need for a database or spambot detection :p

  • For sure, I was recently checking out a product. https://goteleport.com/

It has an ai assistant, which seems to have access to their website, documentation and GitHub, issues etc

So if you ask if anything it will tell you how, or if not possible, maybe give you the GitHub issue where this is being worked on.

All with links to the sources.

    It's really helpful

  • That's what we're gradually do over here in Norway, new apartment complexes does not even have 1 parking place per apartment, you have to buy one for about 40-60k usd if you want one

There's no requirements for guest parking either, which can be a pain. But basically everyone who wants to park needs to pay for it.

They also removed free street parking. People are whining that it will kill the towns, because people can't park in town for free, but not happened yet
