Talking of surprise: I was ready to return our not-yet-dispatched MacBook Air (orderer on 20th October) as it only had 8GB andโฆ they updated the product to 16GB! Thatโs neat, now I get why the delivery time was longer than expected.
Always the same, push to the outside and force the other driver to crash or bail. Usually with a net โadvantageโ gained, over and over the same unsportsmanlike tactic. Itโs really a pity that one of the fastest drivers is unable to compete fairly and is just not fun to watch.
Nice and thoughtful video, thanks for sharing! But he calls out two tweets of him, saying that Hubermann probably doesnโt really think that way, so saying he is a clown is perhaps a bit much?
I enjoy his podcast a lot, but I fully get the point that Strong Medicine makes. Nevertheless, Hubermann gives a lot of very nicely packaged advice, on how to tweak here and there to get a bit more from oneโs everyday life - but those tweets are really horrendous I must say
You mean the iPad standalone and purely touch interface or with attached keyboard and mouse? Pretty sure that - with physical keyboard - Cmd+T opens a tab with focus on address bar, but I donโt have my iPad with me right now to test this
I despise this SUV trend, too, but isnโt it a bit extreme to judge a person just by the car they drive? The majority of people donโt even think about it and the market is flooded with these things, so they have less and less choice.
There are cases where SUVs make sense, in mountainous regions and where it snows a lot, but I agree that space has to be better used and public space respected.
Take a look at Keychron: they make mechanical keyboards of different price levels with the most diversified layouts and features. Usually they have a switch to change from Mac to Win layout and have Bluetooth and wired versions.
That could be it, but in VIA you can actually assign bluetooth host keys in order to switch devices, so a sort of communication between main board and bluetooth electronics must be happening!
Thanks!
After the few days with a light use: very confortable, nice light texture, the dished caps really work well and are visually striking. I am only slightly slower than with the almost same board (Q10) with GMK CYL that I use extensively each day, so I would say the transition is really smooth. The reason for this is the very similar height profile of each row. Still, I believe that CYL is more efficient because I feel less โtrappedโ in each row than with MTNUโs spherical profile - as the correct typing movements involve more vertical finger movement than horizontal, so CYL imo makes more sense. The effect is obviously quite minor and I am nowhere near to being a fast typer, so take my feedback in this context ;)
