For us experienced pirates it's a minor inconvenience, but for a newbie it means that the barrier to entry has been considerabily raised. Try to explain how to torrent (safely) to a 14yo without IT skills, or even to a 40 yo. Its basically a lost cause.
Uhh, a lot of big words here. I mostly just play around with it.. Never used LLMs for anything more serious than a couple of test, so I don't even know now many tokens can my setup generate..
Oh. Didn't see that. Sorry. Anyway, I'm not quite following what you wanted to say with "So angry TikTok users want to make that worse for themselves out of spite?". What are you proposing here? That people come back to USA owned social networks, because RedNote is "chinese" so it's bad? Is there even a distinction between the twos? One stoles your data, the other one does the same. On RedNote they censor you, sure, but the same could be said about Meta apps, that for example censor Palestinian content. Anyway.. i think i kinda lost the plot. Imma head to bed.
One thing jellyfin doesnt do well its anime content. But fortunately there's Shoko Server, a metadata engine you can selfhost. Its awesome!
