  • Can't dictate from a burnt down house. Can't dictate with a bullet rattling around your head. I don't know about the rest of you'se, but I'm not going to be dictated by any rat fuck righties. They can have, and lose, their second civil war.

  • I don't know how it is everywhere, but in multiple areas I've lived, you can't just build your own house anymore. You either go outside of city limits and pay to get utilities out there, pull permits, the whole nine, or you buy a premade piece of crap cookie cutter house in the city, which usually comes with some form of HOA. Unless you got big bucks, most people simply can't afford a house outside of an HOA of some kind anymore.

  • Why hesitate? They went through the trouble to sow the seeds, tending to them carefully to ensure strong growth, and now that they're finally bearing the fruits of their labour they don't like the way it tastes? They want to take it back? Tough titties. Russia has sown a lifetime of hate, and that's exactly what they'll reap.

  • I dunno, that's pretty subjective really. I've seen people who do hard stuff like heroin and meth just straight up quit after using shrooms once, having had an epiphany that they need to live cleaner. Then I've seen a young guy stay awake for days talking about how he found the secret to never dying, because he realized sleep is a conspiracy... So maybe you're right, I dunno lol.

  • I get the feeling they're in two camps. Some rich and powerful people are true believers; others are performers. Why can't there ever be a person who actually wants to be "tough on crime" when it comes to white collar crimes and politics? It's almost as if the entire thing is designed to keep people where they are forever, rich and poor.

  • Why not wood? I guess progress is funny like that. We reach the end of one era where we're masters at one technique, only to leap to the next era where we're completely clueless using a new one. I'm sticking with wood, it's been good to me lol.
