Linux tweaking is addicting though haha. Atleast medication makes it possible to focus on productive work sometimes.

Eating and exercise are soo important to not get jittery/anxious tho, should be the first habit to form when starting elvanse, judging from my past 3 days xD

That feeling of being tired but unable to shut off I guess? I noticed that too. Keeping the dose moderate is smart then.

Thanks for sharing! This "rush" I think happens when you take amphetamine for the first few times, and I agree it sounds not sustainable.

Cool to hear that you are doing fine with a "low" dose. My worries were that maxing out to 70mg would be inevitable without long breaks. Seems that‘s not the case for everyone.

Attention and focus are improved the most for me too. Sensory overload was pretty intense when it happened, but much less distracting.

Overall it feels like caffeine if it actually was useful.

Yes but if it‘s city owned, the profits won‘t go towards exploitation of (mostly) non-white laborers and dismantling the social system. Just think of how many humanitarian aid programs could be defunded and how much the environment could be stripped of its resources if we let the private sector maximize their profits!

Idk I often forget to charge my phone in the evening, so plugging it in 1x and still having an UsB-C connection for headphones or a controller would be cool. Also imagine running linux on your phone and having an external monitor.

Wouldn‘t a second USB-C outlet make sense? One for charging, one for audio/data/external devices. Or is that still too much space wasted?

This is it. This is literally the secret behind which Utopia is sealed. There are so, so many decent, empathetic humans that we could easily banish the narcissist, malevolent dipshits that make earth hell from our society.

Problem: even "good" humans have their flaws baked into their genes and brains, we are far too easily swept up into a a "us vs. them" dynamic. The only way of fixing this is to manually control your emotional behaviour and correct yourself constantly. Don‘t exhaust yourself with that, but try to remember what you really value before becoming a puppet for people with bad interests.

The concept is so simple to understand, in human populations there simply will be a subset of individuals with neurodevelopmental differences. This is an evolutionary advantage as it encourages progress in civilization through creative thinkers.

Worse: The media is highly complicit, they push any agenda that powerhungry sociopaths pay them to vomit into the masses. Without a deinstitutionalized media landscape, the world will never know peace.

It‘s the opposite with me, on my PC I saw it as black/blue, right now on Lemmy on my phone it can‘t be anything but gold/white. It must be the displays causing this ambiguity, no way human perception varies this much between a large set of people.
