  • I ran my first successful TTRPG! My players are all playing as MewTant housecats running around their neighborhood solving mysteries, beating up enemy cats, buying catnip, etc.

Everyone had fun and enjoyed this short interim game between large pathfinder campaigns. It was also fun to give our GM a chance to be a player.

Next session will bring the final boss battle and a wrap up to the adventure.

  • It’s the end of the day and I am super tired. I have an interview coming up next Monday for a better job at the same company. I am more nervous than a turkey on thanksgiving! I need to do a lot of prep work but I just got off work and need to let my brain unwind a little first.

  • Doing alright, this is supposed to be the busy season at work but volume hasn’t ramped up yet. After work I set up my ofrenda and made some ginger cookies for us to share. I have a couple more photos to add this year.

  • I am spinning it off this game called Mew-tants https://animapress.itch.io/mew-tants. I adapted the story, characters, and locations to fit in the American southwest. The game system is simple enough that anyone could pick it up pretty quickly.

The classes are based on cat breed, they have access to super skills but only a few. Yeah, the players are all regular cats for the most part. There is a family version included if you don’t want curse words. I personally left the fucks stat in for my game. If you run out of fucks you bail on the encounter!
