Wait where are you for wooden houses not to be a thing?

I thought even nuts and carrots were too much carbs to maintain a ketogenic state, and even broccoli had to be consumed with moderation, or symptoms would resume.

But to be fair my knowledge is from my complete memories of, like, Doctor Mike videos.

A keto diet is far from without consequences. It's a very extreme change, that can only be done safely with a lot of care , as it implies cutting out most fruit and vegetables, for instance.

Afaik it's not medically recommended for anything but a few very specific serious neurological disorders.

I wouldn't go around recommending something like that.

If you want to enter a ketogenic state, intermittent fasting is a much less worrisome way to do it.

In a riding where the other candidates don't stand a chance, I vote for the candidate who doesn't stand a chance but whose party's values I like best. Like the NDP or the greens.

Doesn't do much, but in a way, it's freeing and I can pretend I'm free to vote for anyone.

If someone has a chance to beat the worst candidate, though, I'll vote for the most likely one. And that's the most depressing situation of all.

Their only chance at a defense (and it's incredibly bad) is arguing that they only stole the stuff but didn't distribute it to others. Kinda like buying drugs is typically not as severely punished as selling them.

It was always a mystery that they maintained two features with basically the same function in parallel for so long. Hopefully they made it better than the last time I gave it a try, because otherwise, oof.

The trick is, you don't flip it. You use an oven-safe pan, and when it's almost ready on the bottom, you put it in the oven on broil. It rises to a fluffier texture and it cooks properly on both sides without much effort.
