He'll be fine and content at home. I've had to relocate my 3 today while our house undergoes some treatments. We're all in a canin, but they have not emerged from under furniture yet. The trauma just isn't worth it sometimes!
We have one at work that stands over you for snacks. Doesn't like fruit, tolerates banana bread but will take cheese, crackers and meat from your hand. I'm hoping the friendliness stays for swooping season.

Edited to add: I am so very lucky to live coastal and have a variety of fantastic greasy shops to chose from so that sways my decision!
Can you get a voucher for another massage? I love practical as much as the next mum, but replacing stolen goods and calling it a gift is a stretch too far for me.
There's a trend atm among new mums exerting their control over things like visitors. On one hand, I sort of understand protecting your space as a new mum, been there, done that and felt all the feels that go with it. But some are taking it to the extreme and don't realise that they are alienating their support networks and then complain that nobody has supported them.
