At least it brought us the Puppy Bowl. Which is also full of ads, but hey, puppies.

Also probably nothing compared to how much meat each individual pet owner eats.

Cats aren't devastating to bird populations when they're kept inside.

Breeders are the ones who ethically breed the next generation of pets and working dogs. They are not the same as puppy mills/backyard breeders, who do not take animal health and welfare into consideration.

Sounds like you've never driven on a highway where there have been motorcycles present. Or you are a motorcyclist who doesn't like to acknowledge that many of your fellow riders don't follow traffic laws very well.

I don't know how this is even an issue. The two main candidates are basically the same fucking age.

I've got some pretty crappy, chronic health problems, so I'll probably kill myself when they get to be too much. Better that way than to endlessly degrade. But maybe I'll get lucky and euthanasia will be legal by then.

If I'm not lucky, my body will kill me before I get to it and I'll probably drown in my own lungs or die of some random infection (cystic fibrosis).

No, I'm really not. It's all about being intelligent and safe/defensive when you're driving or walking or biking or whatever else around vehicles of any kind. They're dangerous and you shouldn't be exacerbating it by lane splitting and speeding the way I see so many motorcyclists do all the time.

I'm just pointing out that whoever posted this decided intentionally to leave the Houthi part out of the headline.

Even with an ad blocker, news sites are so full of garbage that you need to scroll past or close.

Almost like the industry was better before it became 24-hour infotainment. The media doesn't need as many people as it has. It needs to cut back its hours and stop serving us all a constant stream of crap.

I'd look at the local ranchers in this particular case.
