  • And there are 180GWh battery storages planned to store this energy for the next day. But guess who has to confirm the plans? The 4 almighty German power companies. And guess why it‘s just in planning phase? And who is loosing money if energy prices don’t fluctuate that intense? And who tried to slow down the renewables last decade? Same shit as the petrol and gas heads did. Change can’t be stopped, so they play for time.

Edit: Some figures of public power production were published. Power was 62% out of renewables. Mainly wind power. Solar as second.

And the Carbon emissions for electricity is reduced and 50% as of 2014 (152 million tons CO2). Lot of dirty coal burning for power in the past.

Now, heating and mobility as to be transformed to electricity. Making it cheaper as well.

  • Not sure about it. Think of doors that might be closed or half opened. And if things are over you, it can fall down and hurt you. One of the reasons why drones in warehouses didn’t fly although there was quite a buzz some years ago.

  • Issue with all those robots is energy! The Spot dog lasts for 2,5 hours. That’s why it isn’t in military use. Same for the Humanoids. Once the battery challenge is solved we‘ll see Humanoids at battle fields first. My guess.

    • Meditation is one way of getting control of your brain.
    • Yoga and Tai Chi is a way of control your brain by focusing on your body.
    • Recite a mantra is another way.
    • Daily routines is also an auto-pilot way of getting control of your brain. (This one is good if you have trouble getting asleep(

You can train those methods consciously and understand the mechanics of how the controls work. Once understood and footpaths set (meditation, daily routines), you can switch between these controls if needed. Or force a thought reset (mantra)

It’s not a secret and known since ages. It’s just that people are too lazy to train. And may be prefer the comfortable auto-pilot way of living.

  • Still - take with care. Lost one friend to psilos & Lsd (he couldn’t adjust to reality anymore), another one lost to alcohol and the last one for all the other mixed shit. Waiting for the fourth lost soul.

Not advocating being sober - I‘m older than 40 and happy that weed is legal in Germany now and sometimes a smiley pill. I‘m just saying - take it with care.

  • I issue with subscriptions and pay later schemes is, that you loose sight of what you have paid, will pay next weeks/ months and what amount of money you still have left.

Taking inflation into account for anything that is below 100k and over more than 5 years, is just ridiculous, to say it in plain words, sry.

In short you live day to day with your money without any planning if you let your cash flow out by itself (subscriptions, loans)

    • Learn to recognize pishing mail and sms
    • Do not share nude pics of yourself (even not to your boy/girlfriend)
    • Do not upload pics of your face to funny AI apps
    • Learn to recognize and ignore social media trolls
    • Learn netiquette writing style in social media
    • Do not write bad things about colleagues and boss in emails at work
    • Recognize dark shopping patterns such as time counter, discounts, voucher height
    • Recognize fake shops
    • Recognize no returns (Chinese) shops
    • Recognize gambling patterns in games such as loot boxes, rewards and more for real money
    • Understand the money loss through subscription schemes
    • Do not buy now and pay later

Sorry for this long list. It’s just a terrible place for kids

  • Just a few in the US - and they were all different at that time. They were all intertwined with politics at their time. Quick google search though, not sure how good the sources are:

    Railroad: https://digfir-published.macmillanusa.com/roark7e/roark7e_ch18_4.html

    Steel, oil, and tobacco: https://19thcentury.us/19th-century-monopolies/

    Telco: https://www.promarket.org/2023/02/20/when-considering-breaking-up-big-tech-we-should-look-back-to-att/

Or just recently: take a look at China. How Chinese Big Tech influence on society was crushed and control was taken back by the Communist Party in the past 5 years.

  • As for lucid dreams not having body feelings, being completely produced by the mind? I guess I'd like to see a source on that.

Source: Some books of Carlos Castaneda who taught me lucid dreaming https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_Castaneda

Btw I said you that you aren’t feel the REAL body senses in your lucid dreams. For sure, one can dream/ hallucinate some. Though it’s rarely standards such as a foot on ground, a hand on door knob or such. That’s too boring. It’s more about flying, diving, running, and so on.

I’m not sure what all your other points are about. What are you trying to say or prove? Do you second the former threads argument, that

'reality' is just the shared aspects of our hallucincations that we agree on.

I do not support this view. Reality and interactions with reality is real and not hallucinated.

  • I found this trick in lucid nightmares working well: Talk with the monster. Do some small talk „What’s your name? Do you have sisters?“ It will „distract“ them and leads to a different flow in your mind. Actually, you are re-setting the atmosphere in your mind. It’s a bit as how mantras work.

  • This view is outdated and goes back to Descartes‘ view out of the window. No, we‘re not in our head observing the outer sphere.

We‘re within the sphere/ world and interact through our body. We influence and got influenced. We position ourselves by our body movements in the world. There is no such thing as we‘re just our mind. We are a mind-body-thing.

In lucid dreams there‘re no body feelings as it’s in your mind only. That is btw. one of the control mechanisms :to check if your body sleeps but your mind not. If you don’t feel the bed and duvet on your skin. Another check is writings. There‘re never the same, they aren’t consistent.
