It's still strange because content format is vastly different between discord and reddit. I can have access to many discords for certain topics I like, but discord is just not good for them.

I literally never seen anything Furry on Lemmy, but it took me 2 minutes on Bkuesky to find not one but two prolific Bara artists.

"Hide all American news" would basically fix 50% of the issues.

I love that Junji Ito has a bunch of stories that are metaphors for stuff like this. This one. Snail Girl being the same allegory as Metamorphosis. The tall actress being about the anxiety you feel when you know a coworker might ruin the business but everyone else seems to not care. The woman in the window and the window creeping closer is one of the ones most on the nose.

But then he also has the hot spring to hell which is literally "stupid man experiences stupid horror". He just felt like making cheap horror that month, lol.

I wonder if hidden tabs are. It's not that I want tab groups on mobile, but it'd be interesting to see attempts, specially with how absolute dogshit grouped tabs are on mobile chrome, specially if there's pop ups involved (an inversion from desktop chrome, which has the best grouped tabs)

You don't have to finish a degree before you're 25 to make use of it. Hell, plenty of people have two or even three degrees.

She does YouTube now, and she'll have huge financial security to finish the degree later. Hell, she'll have a degree that's probably up-to-date with her field at the time she'll actually use it, as opposed to getting one now and having to explain that her lack of work experience after getting it was due to "youtube".

Seriously, 10 years ago, the best way to find any info on a video game was to go on gamefaqs, ign guides, the steam community or a dedicated wiki.

Edit: Oh god, the moderator wallet thing. They're letting moderators moderate themselves. And I just restart the game with a grin. I feel like that game made what actual magic would be. Starting the game by silently teaching us about the dangers of fire was a stroke of genius. It's always fire with magic, just weirder, bigger and wilder types of fire, and both me and my enemies don't command it, we simply live in a world with it. Nothing but a video game could make me experience this. Nothing but a video game could generate near endless amounts of endlessly unlearnable amounts of raging wildfires to be amused by.

The fact the ad industry doesn't have people veto the platforms they advertise on is a negative aspect of modern society. I see no issue with this going down. I'm far more lenient to capitalism when they produce sponsorships and financially aid events.

There is a difference already tho.

Early reddit didn't have a gigantic metric fuckload of meme and shitpost users. We do now.
