  • Always when you are just putting the fork in your mouth. Mouth full. All you can do is try to smile and nod.

  • Alright. I misunderstood. Might have to give prodeus a whirl then. Thanks!

  • Are you implying doom is not palatable? It's a matter of taste, but of all the old FPS games, Doom is one of the most replayable in my opinion. Even without nostalgia goggles. The gameplay is tight, the weapons are timeless. The only thing that dates it other than the obvious graphics, is the level design can be a little tedious.

  • Any "boomer shooter" is a callback to the 90 early 00s shooters. For example: Dusk, Postal: Braindead and Warhammer 40k: Boltgun

Lots of indie horror games have the early 3d era look to them.

Basically if you want visuals like this, the indie scene is where you should look

  • I did this, now there are olives on the floor. 10/10 would try again.

  • Most our meals take 15-30 minutes to prepare. Including chopping and cooking. It doesn't have to take a long time to be healthy. Our microwave is in the shed, and gets used about 6 times a year. But you seem to know best...

  • Driving to and from

  • You might be on to something. Try applying it to my previous comment.

  • Shit on the clock like a boss. If the boss pretends he's paying a lot, I'll pretend I work hard.

  • Store is like 2 hours a week. Less if you live at a place where groceries can be delivered. Just get your weekly food at once. Save on gas and time.

Cleanup is usually 15 minutes for my family. Including the mess my toddler makes.

That won't leave hours a day if you ask me.

Maybe 2.5 hours a day if you include breakfast and lunch. I can't live on 2.5 hours of sleep.

  • If food is as much of a time sink as sleep you either sleep too little, or eat way too much

  • I mean, it's not like congress is very much anti-war. It just saves time.

  • Nothing new. America, land of the free... Flowing corruption.

Nothing democratic about this. Counting the votes should be the only result. Anything else is corruption.

  • Yeah that makes sense. Except, there are no humans here. Only nerds.

  • Yes. You are everywhere.

  • In the United Kingdom, and therefore Wales, where Roald Dahl is from had an old age pension for all of Dahl's life. So I don't think forcing old people to work to death is the point. Blaming old pension accessible people for not working is the same as blaming children for not working in my opinion.

They've probably worked all their life and paid taxes for it. They deserve the rest.
