Next year you might want to announce the event earlier into the day, it feels like a lot of the world has already had their April 1st gone by, especially the social media aspect.

Would've been nice if California could've kept it's water in reservoirs then siphoned off the paltry (relative to basin gains) amount Mexico was looking for, might've been useful for the farmers
