The time is already over for this, but it hasn't happened here. Maybe somewhere else. But isn't this a joke ?? Even l can point out on the world map and say which areas are densely populated, and the military that wants to strike a missile on their targets would actually get fooled by such blackouts ?? Actually the government wants to click pictures from the satellite and wants to see what the map of lndia looks like when a major part of it is dark !!
