  • If it's soft but cold, that means it's not dense. If it's not dense, that means there's likely a lot of air. Probably almost half.

a 3 gallon pail of their stuff is 15 pounds. Let's turn that into useful measurements.

    3 gallons = 11.356 litres
    15 pounds = 6.8 kg.

1 ml of water is 1 gram, so if the bucket was full of just water, it would weight nearly double what this bucket weights.

From my time working with the product, I know that Soft-serve is commonly 40% air.
6.8kg is 58.8% of the weight of the ice cream. That's pretty darn close to 60%

Edit: Changed g to gallons to make things less confusing.

  • You didn't answer any of my questions, but you did give me enough information to solve this for you.

Basically, Google is stupid and bad. They won't let you make a link to a specific thing that you open as a link on your homescreen.

    The solve:

    1. You go to a url shorting site, like tinyurl, and make a custom link.
    2. you put your phone into airplane mode
    3. put the new url into firefox, and once the page doesn't load (no connection) you add it to your homescreen like normal. This re-direct will stop google from thinking that you opened the link as a homescreen shortcut.
    4. close all browser tabs
    5. turn airplane mode off (so you have connections again)
    6. complete
    7. Optional but recommended: Uninstall Brave
  • Anyone can make an account on a new instance with that name and claim to be the original person, so "same name, difference instance" isn't a way to tell who someone is. When you spin up a new account, it's a new account.

That being said, I don't think your post history is highly questionable.

  • It's quite common in my city. There was an event called "Moonlight Madness" where the local shops would be open late. It was in the paper, there were signs put up, big chalk designs all over the sidewalks downtown. "open late" meant "7:30" to most shops. It wasn't even dark enough for there to be moonlight, just my madness.

  • just a couple of months worth of your fiat expenses at any one time in fiat.

That isn't really a solve for people who are stealing food to eat. They don't have one month's expenses on hand.

That way, most of your net worth is in something that is not losing value constantly.

Over shorter time periods, the inflation-adjusted price of gold fluctuates dramatically, making it a poor near-term hedge for inflation.

From 1980 to 1984, annual inflation as measured by the consumer price index averaged 6.5%, but gold prices fell by an annual average of 10% over the same period. Gold’s returns not only fell short of inflation, but also underperformed real estate, commodities and the S&P 500.

  • Is Fedia its own thing now?
    Nope, it's Mbin:
    https://fedia.io/about

I don't use Kbin, ios, or dedicated apps for websites, but you may have some luck looking for "mbin ios app" or "Kbin ios app"

Edit: It looks like Fedia is on Mbin now, they just didn't update their FAQ

  • The title from Natpo is purposefully trying to read the leader to wrong conclusions. The title displayed on your browser tab is far more accurate and neutral:
