  • It’s only showing an image for me.

  • Well, OP, start us off!

  • I’m excited for the rapid development of apps for Lemmy. I’m on iOS and have been checking out Voyager (Wefwef), Avelon, Memmy, Mlem and Thunder, and they are all smashing it!

  • Yes I was referring to using a browser to access your home Lemmy instance (lemmy.dbzer0.com) then changing the setting. This setting on your Lemmy instance changes what content is displayed through Voyager whether it is installed as an app or run via your browser.

I’m a bit confused about the mention of the new hide read posts feature coming. It might be a way to control that setting in your Lemmy instance from Voyager, and/or it might be a button you can manually press to hide all posts you have scrolled past and refresh your feed.

  • You can disable Show Read Posts on your Lemmy instance’s webpage under Profile > Settings

  • The scroll to hide is amazing! It’s just so natural and freeing. I love it, well done!

  • It would also be excellent to have the option to see images in the comments instead of just a link.

  • What does a bad one smell like?

  • There are strange things done in the midnight sun

  • The work around is to stop interacting for 1 second and it will unstuck.

  • Thank you for making this!

I don’t get any results no matter what I search for. The page refreshes, but no results (or errors) appear.

Turning my adblockers off had no effect. Same behaviour in Safari and Firefox on iPadOS 16.5.x.

Edit: Oops, I didn’t select an instance and the default instance (Ice Orchid) returned no results. Changing to my home instance fixed it. Maybe default should get changed to Lemmy.world or something big?

  • Does a bot post issues raised / commented on Lemmy, back into GitHub? Or is it just one directional?

  • The admin was saying there is plenty of capacity and was encouraging more people to join recently. Hopefully that’s still the case.
