The right way to go about it would be to call them and tell them about the smell concern and suspicion that the fan may be at fault. Then they can spend the quid on a tradie coming out for a half hour.
You would have to get at the bathroom fan and see if it is dirty and smell it up close.
I don't know how they make them there, but the American ones can be a bit of a bother because they are often made with sharp stamped steel with tabs and slots to hold the fan in.
All he has to do is direct the ABC boys to stop running guns to Mexico to fund their black budgets and that would cut down on guns going there, if they comply. Add to that securing the border, the flow of guns going south would be reduced in very meaningful ways.

So the photos of half the Earth that is facing the camera may be made up of a bunch of photos and then they have to stich them together and correct for clouds.
Prior to 2015, there was only one photo of the entire sunlit face of the Earth and that was taken in 1972 by Apollo 17. The other 3 photos we have ever taken of the Earth have an unlit portion. We now have DSCOVR, which regularly takes photos every day.
The reality is there aren't enough people that care about ads to do that.
You either grew up with TV commercials or you grew up with ads, the conditioning is already there. There is a narrow band of people who don't watch much or any TV and got on the internet for most content that remember when ads weren't a thing. They have done studies and reviewed user data to determine how much ads they can play.
They might push users to leave by tickling the ad tolerance while increasing subscription fees, but that is unlikely to happen as the frog is already boiled.
