That's absolutely a factor but it's also all the issues that are popping up regarding build quality.

That stuff was always there. It's all Elong, customers accepted the poor quality to buy an electric car and save the environment. But now there are many better options and Elong is just insulting that very same customer base so he can be an edgelord because he.... IDK is sad inside or what ever dumb reason he does what he does.

Well that's my point lol. Renting out apartments isn't inherently evil, just like owning a business isn't inherently evil. If I charge a reasonable rent, then owning 2+ million in assets doesn't automatically make me a bad person.

So let's say I bought an apartment building and now it's worth 2+ million, what should I do to make amends for my situation?

If you want to say that about billionaires that's one thing but by that logic wouldn't many people with a small a business or trying to retire be considered "bad".

I think that's key to the success of future superhero movies. Deadpool is a R-Rated comedy, which gives Deadpool some novelty and keeps his character feeling fresh. Winter Soldier was a spy thriller, there was that X-men horror movie a few years ago (IDK if it's good, never saw it), the new joker movie is apparently a musical.

These are all different genres just with a superhero filter over them. The problem with the MCU as a whole is that they all feel the same and all the characters feel the same.

People are superhero'ed out

Deadpool 3 just had the 6th largest opening weekend of all time (and it's R-rated). People will go see good movies period, the MCU just hasn't been very good lately.
