  • I use this in my TV and it is amazing. But I won't advertise it anywhere because I'm afraid Google will just come up with a way to kill it.

  • Wow, what an amazing post!! Amazing. Here's a medal:

    🏅

  • Technically they did win. But they don't have an absolute majority, while PSOE can form an absolut majority with Somar and independentist parties even if it's unlikely. They'll probably have new elections in 6 months or so.

  • I would say that he is the most progressive president in the US since Jimmy Carter, at least. Since Roosevelt and maybe LBJ (who signed the Civil Rights Act) who else would you classify as more progressive in the XXth century?

  • It's really a signal that the US has become a sliding democracy when the court system is so politicized. Judge nomination should never be dependent on politicians, and it should be based on merit of their career and formation to become a judge.

As it is, there is no clear separation of judicial power from political power. As for Wisconsin: hopefully the situation will change there, and the new court majority will break the current gerrymanders to make the state a democracy again.

  • Man, this season is too boring. But it's not his fault. He is unstoppable and Red Bull is a step above everyone else. The fight between the other teams is cool though. Aston Martin dropped off a lot.

  • I use Signal with a few of my friends. It has enough features to replace Whatsapp, but most people just don't care about their privacy enough to change what's convenient and already works for them even if they have zero privacy.

  • Hence, why I said two races... It's Ricciardo. There's a lot of hype around him, so if he fails to live up to it fast, you will start to see people say his return is a disappointment.

  • And it is open-source, and not dependent on Google who might just kill this feature in the future anyway.

  • Big Tech can be trusted... That they will do everything possible to be first to market to try to ensure a monopoly, including illegal use of data, lobbying to prevent regulation to be implemented and buying politicians to protect them.

  • Such a cutie.

  • Well, the finnish coalition government would fall if the majority party would request the leader of the SP to resign. We are at the point where conservative governments can't be formed without extreme right wing support. In 10 years it might happen that conservative parties will be the junior partners in these coalitions. In Finland the SDP increased their voting % as well, just not enough to win. So if there's snap elections they might be able to recover power.

  • They need to crack down on these monopolistic tactics. As it stands the EU is hostage of software made by corporations of other economical blocks. This leaves the EU hostage of economic competitors.

  • This is sickening and extremely scary. The GOP at this point are authoritarian, not to say fascist. They hide behind states rights as an argument to defend states they control, but the moment they gain the levers of power you can bet they will do everything to crush the states run by democrats.

  • They should vote blue and try to push a First Past the Post reform in their state.

  • Alpha Tauri is terrible, so I can't expect him to do much but he should beat Yuki in a couple of races. Otherwise, it'll be a disappointment.
