Most things in Portuguese are gendered, yet we sometimes care fuck all about them (e.g: Sandwich is usually feminine, but it can be masculine depending on who you talk to).

Ah, yes the famous quatre-vingt-dix-neuf (commonly pronounced "quatre-vingt-deez-nuts"). Numbers are quite a mouthful in French. One of the reasons I erased it from my memory the moment I didn't need it no more.

Not Mac OS, but I am using a linux distro, and can confirm it's Firefox, as I've reinstalled everything from scratch and only Firefox seems to have this problem.

It's a Realtek, don't remember the exact model, but every time I tried to make it work, it simply didn't. Manually installing the driver didn't get me much further either.

That I agree with. People are praising webassembly to replace JS (it won't, but that's another story), but at least obfuscated JS can still be read, albeit with some difficulty, but it's harder to read WA executables. There will be a lot of malware created with WA.

Javascript sits closer to Mozilla than Google. JS was created for the Netscape Navigator, and Netscape created Mozilla.
