Twice, but there’s times when I’m too exhausted to bother.

Great, now I feel bad for a prehistoric lizard.

It’s literally been 2 years, and as others have said, they’re not gonna start firing people or creating positions just to boost some numbers on a spreadsheet.

That sounds absolutely horrifying, seeing someone you love turn into someone else, that too due to no fault of their own.

Because it’s a complex feature that may involve recurring costs for developers, and they may need more time to ‘get it right’.

Problem is, you can end up with someone who isn’t a piece of shit but turns into one, or was always a piece of shit but they hid it well.

Honestly, now that you say it…that does sound like quite the case study.

Feels nice, being a pioneer.

Is Tildes really ‘competing’? The invite-based signup obviously invites the most dedicated and ‘quality’ individuals, but I don’t see how that’s gonna help with critical mass.

As for Squabbles, I’m suspicious of yet another centralized platform. Honestly, I’m just sorta ‘done’ trusting wannabe billionaires.

The only content worth following on Reddit is this drama, and this post (being nsfw) can’t be accessed by 3PAs.

Yeah, it’s basically just this. AODs took over for notification lights.

Maybe for you, but this’ll just boost this device’s image of ‘exclusivity’. Plus, it helps that only 400k or so of these devices will ship in 2024.

Changing your battery will add significantly to your phone’s life. I usually have the battery on my phones replaced at least once in its lifetime.

To be fair, Jony hasn’t really been completely disconnected from Apple all that long. The effects of him leaving will probably be more apparent 5-6 years from now.

One thing that does worry me though, are the reasons he left; one of them, allegedly, being his hatred of Apple being taken over by ‘bean counters’.

btw since I’ve got your attention here, I just wanted to add that one more aspect of the app that’ll need some updates in the future (please take a nap) is the text composition box. It’s very close to Apollo’s, but you could add some things to make it even better; one of them being clearer separation between the ‘compose’ box and the comment being replied to.

EDIT: Line separation doesn’t look as good now as it did in the past, is that a bug?
