Gotta get active and be a creator for such content yourself then, eh? To raise possibilities to get other actives around while at it.

armchair activist bullshit constantly taking up the feed and comments sections.

I encourage to ignore or block communities/users/whatnot that don't add any content to your interest or cause harm for ya.

I've also been thinking about Out of context -comments heard while video gaming 😂

I have my stuff pretty well played nevertheless - it's mostly about that little something undefined that's missing from life that baffles me every now and then.

My girlfriend sees her family every Christmas.

Juu, se on vaikeampaa käynnistää, ylläpitää ja hallinnoida sen jätekäsittelyä, mutta jos halutaan sillai elää kauemmin (=ilmastonmuutos ei tapa Maapallon asukkeja)...

Olisihan se tietenkin kiva jos voitaisiin suoraan hypätä uusiutuvaan energiaan, mutta aika sille meni jo kymmeniä vuosia sitten ja nyt pitää vain lopettaa nopeasti kaikki mikä pahentaa tilannetta.

En usko sitä hyväksi ideaksi, että sammutettais huomenna maailman kaikki ei-uusiutuvat energiatuotannot, suoraan seinään.
Mut vihreän energian lisääminen samalla kun saman verran ei-vihreää vähennetään sekä saasteiden sitomista pois ympäristöstä kuulostaa hyvältä!

In some other/a general scenario this sounds fine 🙂
In my case - I couldn't care less about the part of not being able to buy a drink or drinking only water when someone else took something else. So, it's fine by me to sit with them in a bar.

It's her behavior that made a mood drop.
Besides...she knows that I live on the basic income support so I believe this isn't the case in my situation 🤔

In my case - I don't think anyone lives that close to the bar, and the bar has been used as a place to hang afterwards by this group for years (I believe).

You could try a sort of compromise and order a glass of tap water, assuming that it’s free in your country of course. That way you order something, but make it clear that you won’t spend any money. You are not sneaking in and instead being upfront with the staff.

Listening at music, watching a movie and the radio has helped me reach some level of Christmas!

Her getting upset is likely second hand embarrassment due to their own insecurities.

It could (also) be about principles.
