The legal action is, i think, because linus is basically dragging them through some deep mud by saying he is wrong and what he does are lies. Now i know gn kinda started it by mentioning them in the honey lawsuit video, and they shouldnt have, not like how they did ( but they were right that linus should have spoken up in 2017 because they knew what was going on ).
I also suspect there is no reaction on the honey and biletlabs thing because there is nothing new to add. We know linus knew but kept his mouth shut about it and why, and we know ltt's internal workings fucked up everything about the biletlabs prototype (the video, the mislabeling of item, the auction, ... ).
This whole thing is a shitfest and both parties need to calm the fuck down, which a threat at legal action might force them to do so.
My opinion is that linus (again) shouldve kept his mouth shut about how "his head wouldve rolled if he spoke about honey" because that was wrong of him. Gn shouldnt have made the low punch towards ltt after that which caused linus to (again) not shut up and make things worse.

Piracy protection is things like encryption, firmware checks, pairing systems, unique game identifiers per instance of game, unique console id's, ...
Basically any system put in place to make, or identify, a game/console to be genuine or make sure a genuine game running on genuine hardware and nothing else.
These are all systems the switch had btw.
Switch emulation bypassed or faked all of those, which counts as piracy protection circumvention.
It kinda was cheaping out. They wanted to release the plane asap, but without mcas they needed to recertify the whole plane which wouldve taken time and wouldve lost them a shit ton of sales to airbus. So they faked it with mcas.

I disagree, hard. Wallonia has the ardennes which is more than a camping spot. A family trip there for a week is sweet. Waking up in the hills, only seeing trees and hear water and birds is heaven. Sit by the pool if its hot 👌

Imo the oldunreal people should have gotten access to post the original games on the store for publishing. The games still get small updates from the community from what i noticed when i got the linux versions going
