This is definitely an average. Top earners dragging up the average makes it a shit number to use in most economical statistics. Median is better for income figures almost always these days.

Still shocking that Canada is this much worse than the US. It's also horrible here.

It's almost like a powerful political group has a lot of influence on who gets to be part of said party and wins the primaries. Own a home, have a pretty new car, don't plan on moving anytime soon. Could come up with enough cash to pay for anything I need pretty easily and already have lots of established credit. I'm older and stable.

Saw an article earlier today that over 60% of borrowers are planning to boycott repayment. I still haven't setup an account since my loan got transferred to a new servicer. Seriously considering making them come garnish my wages or something. If enough people do it, the system will almost certainly collapse. I can't imagine all the servicers trying to go through the garnishment process with that many people.

The beauty of high density housing is it takes up a lot less room and should leave land for green spaces. If we're no all living in a suburban hellscape a hopefully more people are walking to shrink roads there's more room for parks and trees.

The only issue I've ever had with TikTok is that it's the Chinese government spying on American citizens in a way they don't allow America to do to theirs. Not that either instance is right but you can't say something is wrong and not allowed and do it yourself.
