That's only not happening because trans men are physically unable to compete with cis men (on average). If there were a sport where cis women had a physical advantage over cis men, and trans men tried to join the cis men league, we'd be having the same discussion.

Calling chess a "sport" in the context of this discussion is such a reach I'm suspecting you might actually be Reed Richards in disguise.

I said it's about sex. You keep bringing up gender. Gender does not matter in sports. It is ABSOLUTELY something that can and should be ignored. No one (except bigots obviously) is attempting to guess anyone's gender in sports. Sports does not segregate anyone by gender. Or race, or sexuality, or religion...it's all immaterial.

Maybe that's the crux of the issue. You guys keep seeing women's sports as some sort of symbolism or representation or statement. The majority of people see women's sports as being about sports. No agenda needed. No messaging. Just physical competition purely for the sake of it.

Respectfully, I think you don't understand the American political situation very well. The description you gave of Democrats more accurately describes many of the supposed "Leftist" parties in the US (like the Greens). And the right wing absolutely does not call Democrats reasonable. If Democrats suggested using an umbrella during rain, Republicans would call it treason and immoral and declare rain to be fake.

It's even more funny that it turned out to be a reasonable question.

We should worry about the Right after we get the Left into some semblance of coherence and rationality. Liberals and Leftists should be natural allies against the fascists. Instead we got the Leftists knifing the Liberals in the back this election.

That might be fixable. Compromise between Left and Liberals is plausible. The Right, on the other hand, is not at all tethered to reality. There is no reasoning or compromise with them. They are in full-on batshit wackadoodle land. Addressing them will require something a lot more radical than "convincing".

Policy support is irrelevant. Voters have no clue what policies or proposals are out there. Most Republican voters support liberal policies when the policy is presented to them without a politician or political party attached to it. Doesn't matter.
