Steam not launching games - no idea what to do [Solved]

I did get the "Processing vulcan shaders" pop-up sometimes when I opened the game (back when it was still working) So I should not be using the Proton experimental? It worked just fine untill now. That's what's so strange about it. I do have an old PC but my GPU is brand new though.
I'm trying to re-install steam right now but it's been uninstalling it for about an hour and doesn't seem to be progressing anywhere..
I'm sorry I just don't know how to check any of that. These are the GPU drivers I'm using (I think) The game worked just fine for several weeks with these drivers.
I've been using Linux for only a couple of weeks and all this is complete hebrew to me. I have no clue what is snap version of steam.
There seems to be something wrong trying to install it. I get message saying:
32-bit Nvidia driver (nvidia-driver-libs:i386) required │ │ This computer appears to be using the Nvidia binary graphics driver (the │ nvidia-driver package). │ │ Steam is a 32-bit program, so running it on this computer requires the │ 32-bit versions of the Nvidia libraries, even if all the games you will │ run via Steam are 64-bit. Interestingly that file doesn't seem to be located in the location you mentioned but rather: home/snap/steam/common/.steam/steamapps/steam/comptdata
There is no steam folder at "share"
I'll try deleting that anyways. I'll report back in a moment
EDIT: Nope, nothing.
I installed DayZ Experimental and I have the same issue with that. I haven't tried with other games as I have none installed.
Trying to run steam via terminal gives me this wall of text:

Free will is often defined as the capability to have done otherwise.
It is conceiviable for an entity to not have free will but still be consciouss. It feels like something to be that thing. It couldn't choose their actions but they could experience pain and suffering. I don't see a reason for such entity to not have rights only because they don't have free will.
If you don't know any math and I explain you why 1 + 1 = 2 and you get it, it's not because you decided to understand. You helplessly did so and you can't unlearn it anymore. There's no free will in that.
This same applies to the judge and jury. If they truly understand the illusion of free will it will have an affect on how they relate to other people. You simply cannot blame them for their actions the same way once the illusion is broken. It's like knowing the stove is hot and still touching it. You can do it but you'll get burned and no matter of how hard you want to believe it's cold it just isn't and every attempt to live your life like it is just results in you getting burned again and again.
If someone kills a bunch of people no amount of philosophical quibbling and defining is going to make me think that person should be allowed to continue living in society, justice simply couldn’t be a concept at all in the absence of some form of free will, yet we require justice to cooperate in making better lives for ourselves. So the value of acting as if we have free will is more valuable than an esoteric philosophical truth.
Free will or not - if you have intentionally killed a bunch of people in the past it's to be expected you're likely to do it again. Such person shouldn't be put to jail because we want to punish him. After all he could not have done otherwise. However as they're danger to others something clearly needs to be done. They have to be separated from society in some way to prevent further harm but we should still treat them humanely and make sure their live is as good as it could be withing the circumstances.
If a bear wanders onto residential area we don't shoot it because it's evil. In my opinion the bear is no different from a murdered. They're both slaves of their biology.
I wish. Currently it seems like were going to the exact opposite direction and special focus is being put on people's race and sexuality. This headline is a great example; highlighting his sexuality and young age. I bet he'd rather be recognized for something he can actually take credit for.
Continuing the trend of completely butchering the rear end of the vehicle as is the case with many other modern cars aswell.
Israel could do what Hamas would do if they had the capability and that is indiscriminately murder every single person on the other side of the border. Israel never had to enter Gaza in the first place. They could have just bombed down every single building there and flatten the whole territory and snipe every survivor with drones and not lose a single Israeli fighter. They didn't.
What is this hospital bombing everyone is talking about? Every single article I'm finding is about the Al-Alhi incident.
You're speaking of the incident when a rocket hit Al-Alhi hospital's parking lot? That is not example of Israel bombing a hospital. It's quite universally agreed it was a rogue hamas rocket.
I'm only finding articles for the Al-Ahli incident so that's why I'm asking. I'm not aware of Israel bombing any hospitals but I'm sure you can educate me.
Have they bombed a hospital?
How do you "go down there" exactly? You just walk in and ask where the entrance is? Your solution is quite vague.
This in no shape or form answers my question and is exactly what's frustrating about the situation. I only hear critizism but never solutions.
What is Israel supposed to do? I'm genuinely asking. I'm not implying what they have done is what should've happened but I'm genuinely puzzled what the imagined alternative would have been. You don't react to Hamas's attack by packing up your shit and leaving. You don't respond to it by asking what your enemy would like you to do differently so that this doesn't happen again. You retaliate. It's blatantly obvious that's what you do especially since they have a superior military. How do you retaliate? That is the question I'd like answered. What is a reasonable and justifiable retaliation to their act?
If you catch a kid throwing rocks at windows you don't shoot them or punch them in the face but you don't pat them on the head either and give them candy. There are better and worse ways to deal with it here.
I have checked all drivers, atleast I think I have, and have rebooted the system many times. Even took off the power cord for a minute
