How am I supposed to know which country you live in? And who are you to dictate how many arbitrary articles I need to provide? You said any news outlet.

Carry on with your denial tho. It happens, and just because you don't believe it doesn't make it false. Why do good samaritan laws exist? Why are men reluctant to help? Are all men mad?

Stop trying to deny that it happens. It's risky af for men to help, why do you think they don't do it? Anyway why is it up to men to help? Why can't women help? Since they're obviously in a better position, and generally aren't considered perverts by default.

Men's more than women's, tbh. Accusations of SA never go away, even if you're proven innocent.

Also not everyone lives in America. In more conservative places in Asia, touching a random woman (even if she is unconscious) and clearly in need of help is really asking to be judged.

And if a video with accusatory narration is posted on tiktok or something, you're basically done for. Especially in a small town or country. You're basically doxxed and won't be easily hired for work because background checks are easily done, and the company (basically the HR) isn't going to risk the bad rep of hiring a potential molester, rapist, etc even if it's just an accusation by random people.

Verbally chided? Getting sued for SA and getting your life ruined doesn't really seem like "verbally chided". Yeah, I'd probably let people die because my life is more important.

Then you're either lying or not observant enough. Are you a man? Because if you aren't, it's likely you don't understand how it feels to get accused.

All it takes is one person to accuse you for your life to be ruined. Such is the reality of being a man.

The public scrutiny and the mark on your record does not go away even if you're found not liable. Once you are even accused of anything like this, it's there forever. People will think you got off on a "technicality".

If you're a man facing this, your life is ruined. May as well move away and never come back.

You would think that, right? But no. If you're a guy, you automatically think of all the ways you can get accused of SA, even when you're genuinely trying to help. So most guys just don't. It's not worth the risk.

Of course, because the people trained in CPR are generally men. And men aren't gonna risk getting accused of SA by helping a woman. It's just too risky. What's the point?

Where do you live? I live in Singapore and am definitely underpaid. Companies hire the cheaper workers from other Asian countries.

Software engineers/developers. They come up with software that everyone uses daily. But they work in shitty conditions, get kinda low pay, and because they're not as visible as writers and actors, are not able to hold a strike for kickbacks when their software is used or is still in use.

They basically built the modern world, but are exploited so that the ones who own the company get rich off their backs.

Fair enough. But their products can be flashed with open spurce firmware, like klipper and marlin. That should remove any spying that would happen.

Of course, if you're worried about spying, don't get the closed source stuff like bambu or whatever, but there are those where you can just flash a new firmware on it.

Genuinely, why do y'all hate China printers? I mean, I'm not a big fan of China and their policies as well, but this "I don't want China products" seems mildly racist to me. I wanna know y'all's point of view.
