I suspect it was the entire building's chiller in which that really isn't that much. When you consider the run of pipes depending on where the outdoor tower is.
Depends on the game. I don't mind being underground, but the small area can fuck up the viewing angle and cause the view to jump around if not done right.
Gas is pumped to high pressure, then cooled into liquid in a condenser, then travels to a evaporator where it is metered through a device and allowed to expand rapidly changing to a gas. This extracts heat from the area.
I actually don't pay much attention to 1 or 5 star reviews. It filters out a lot of useless reviews.
If I do look at one stars, I'm usually just looking for trends of people having specific issues. Or if the overall rank is being dragged down by stupidity. For example I saw like five people leave one star reviews in one weekend because the restaurant was closed due to a water main break....
While true, there are levels, just like dante's circles of hell. Not all companies entire business models are specifically designed to take advantage of people's good nature and/or poor people's desperation...
