Not just merged but McDonnell Douglass took over their management and slowly drove out the Boeing engineers who used to run it. MD planes were notoriously pasted together POS and it took them about 20 years for that design philosophy to completely takeover Boeing. We're now seeing the results of that mismanagement in the most spectacular ways.
Imo Boeing should just be federalized at this point, they manufacturer so much for our gov already it would be justified to ensure safety of our military and space programs.
Basically the entire plot to the ExFor series. Buck Army Colonel finds himself in command of an alien starship somehow. The series is one extremely non credible event after another and aware of itself.
I literally went through this pyramid while standing in the LEGO store a couple years ago. Was like, yeah you know what, this will bring me a lot of joy for years both building it and looking at it. Also it was right after it came back in sale and they were $1000 on eBay. So I was like yeah I need to buy it now! So yeah anyway I spent $800 on a LEGO set lmao
Can't wait for this, the duping mechanic for mobs turning on each other and terrain manipulation looks so freaking cool. Playing as Zelda saving Link is a fresh take and if the story is any good this could be a real sleeper classic for the franchise.
This was like my first experience of a "cross-over" when I was a kid. I remember thinking, "oh that's so cool she's referencing another character from another Star Trek!"
It's also a great use of expended universe lore, even a rebel ex Starfleet officer respected Data's identity. The Measure of a Man was such a great episode.
Lmao exactly how I read it
